Why should you stay active?

It’s easy to fall out of health habits and succumb to boredom or stress. For many fitness and mental exercises are forgotten as they either seem repetitive or lack motivation, by loosing these habits over all health can fall.

To stay active form a routine find and physical exercise you think will push your self (see from our recommendations below) by doing these exercises and staying active you are not only increasing general stamina, strength and weight loss but reducing levels of the body's stress hormones such as adrenaline and cortisol.

It also stimulates the production of endorphins, chemicals in the brain that are the body's natural painkillers and mood elevators, allowing you to become relaxed and stress free.

Once a routine has been chosen it is always important to stay as healthy with brain than your brawn by taking tests, learning language, etc. You will be able to come out of quarantine more knowledgeable then when you entered, opening either more hobbies or more work opportunities for you.
