Due to the increase in orders from December to January we aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days, in most cases the will be dispatched within 1 working day. Thank you for your patience.
Please ensure that you check the sizes correctly, all of our products are manufactured in limited runs, therefore should a product become unavailable an exchange will not be possible.

Estimated shipping delivery times for clothing:
- USA: 3-5 business days
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- Europe: 5-10 business days
Your order will be sent out on average within 5 days of ordering, all of our products are manufactured according to limited order volume, we do this to avoid wasted material and to keep you in a unique and limited look. Please take this into consideration when ordering.
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees, this is the same with any manufacture.
Orders placed in Europe will be dispatched from our European warehouse, orders from the US & Canada will be dispatched from our American warehouse.
Order never arrived:
If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at email@example.com noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week's time!
If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.
Unfortunately we do not accept returns for incorrectly ordered items or sizes. Therefore please check the sizing chart above for correct measurements. Return shipping costs will not be refunded.
If we authorise returns: Please ensure you return your item(s) unused/unworn, in the condition you received them and together with all original packaging, swingtags and labels attached. We thoroughly check all returned items to ensure they are in perfect condition to resell before we issue a refund or exchange.
A postage charge will be made for international exchanges. There’s no need to stick the sales receipt to the outside of the package or the product bag.
Your returned item(s) must arrive back with us no later than 10 days from the ‘Order Date’ printed on both the invoice and delivery sheets. We cannot refund or exchange any item(s) until it is delivered back to us. Please do not use priority courier shipping as we will be unable to refund this cost.
Charges/Refunds will be made to the credit card details you used for the original purchase. This may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds on your account but is usually processed much sooner.
